[Rhodes22-list] Combination tiller engine control

My new (picked it up yesterday) boat comes with the tiller to motor connection with a remote throttle.  Anyone know how this is supposed to be set up?  The attachment on the motor appears to be broken.  Anyone try to repair one of these?  Thanks  - rob
