[Rhodes22-list] Transducer positions.

Phil:

I have a recycled '87 without a marine head.  The forward area has no flotation material (except right beneath the forward 3/4 of the V berth).  All of the inside of the hull is available to me there.  While sailing, I don't get much water in the cockpit to drain... even on a windy day on a robust tack.  I don't think that water draining out would be a factor in transducer performance for me, though I certainly recognize your point.   You have given me a renewed interest in that spot under the V berth.  (decisions - decisions) Thanks

Joe
