Yep, spidey poop is the sailors worst enemy. Soft scrub with bleach and a  
scotch brite will clean it up with a little patience thrown in for good 
measure.  Rum also helps.

marina say it is spider poop, I don't know, but all of the boats  are
speckled with it and it won't come off.  I don't want to damage  the gel
coat. It comes off plastic and metal easy.
