The buff magic is a compounding material that will remove old wax, stains etc...be careful not use too much or apply to hard as it will take a bit of the gel coat off as well.  The pro polish gets applied after compounding to provide a new layer of protection from the elements.  I apply these products using the dual action polisher at the beginning of each season.  You can also apply these products by hand but the dual action polisher makes the application a lot easier.

Yep, spidey poop is the sailors worst enemy. Soft scrub with bleach and a  
scotch brite will clean it up with a little patience thrown in for good 
measure.  Rum also helps.

marina say it is spider poop, I don't know, but all of the boats  are
speckled with it and it won't come off.  I don't want to damage  the gel
coat. It comes off plastic and metal easy.
