Yes, I do have the IMF.  And as much play as there is at this point, I'm not sure what the beveling really gets you. I would think that the shims/washers just keep the metal pieces from grinding against each other. - rob

Do you have IMF?  My 1993 IMF doesn't require the beveling so flat washers work fine.
