Good point!  I just bedded a dozen bronze ports in a steel hulled 43' ocean going cutter and used 5200.  When and if i redo the job i will grind it off with a grinder and wire brush.  Permanance was my plan. :-)  For plastic hulls 4200 is a better choice.
