[Rhodes22-list] List etiquette

I have noticed a lack of etiquette on the list recently that I would like  
to see corrected. You might assume that because you have your email address  
listed that everyone on the list will know who you are. Wrong. Something 
that is  easy to do and considered good manners would be for you to sign your 
posts with  how you want people to respond to you.
