[Rhodes22-list] Vent Fan

I agree with Bill on the vent fan.  It's probably a good idea but I haven't
needed one in Maryland yet and my leaking ports put water in the bilge most
every time it rains, although I usually empty it within a day or so.

Everyone will probably agree that the anchor locker is one of the few design
features of the Rhodes22 that they don't like; at least for storing your
Rhodes' rode.
