I have mine fitted to the track.  It takes a little bit of stretch but it
works.  I had some old genoa locking track slides from another boat and did
a bit of modification.  They work fine and it is really useful to be able to
adjust the Bimini.

I'm interested in the Bimini mounted on the Genoa track. Currently, I have
the stationary mounts in the gunwale of the cockpit. 

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to convert an existing Bimini in this
configuration to the Genoa track configuration? Or does it require an
entirely different Bimini?
