[Rhodes22-list] Replacing the wire in the mast

Maybe i didn't explain it very well. I was planning to attach the new wire
to the old wire near the head of the mast and the pull the new wire in as i
was pulling the old one out.

I also plan to add two more wires because I'm adding a sea dog LED anchor
light. The plug/connector on my deck has 4 pins. I will need to run 2
additional wires inside the cabin to the panel from this connector for a
total of 4 wires. 2 wires for the existing steaming light and 2 wires for
the new led anchor light.
