[Rhodes22-list] Replacing the wire in the mast

You don't need  separate steaming and anchor lights. The anchor light can be used
as an all around light for "steaming". The red and green side lights will be used for
both sailing and steaming, with a switch for the stern (sailing) or all around (steaming).
