[Rhodes22-list] Hisense 7" tablet for simpler Geeks

Ted,

I haven't looked for it, might not find it in Android. I would use my iPad with the app 'charts', although haven't yet. This tab does not use some apps - it is really useful for the email, video, Internet, etc. It does not use Bump, CNet, probably other apps too.

I use generic waterproof cases, valuable on the tabs as there is so little heat generated.

R,

Art

Have a nice day!

These tablets, as some of you have found, enable a partial escape from laptops/desktops, power for a long time without tether, and power from 12v boat power after. I like the near-instant access to the apps, rather than having to reboot. Quick start, quick asleep. I use an external microUSB keyboard/case with a laughable price tag.
