Graham,
I'm not sure where you got that idea. I keep the Mt. Gay distillery busy
and profitable. But, I'm an equal opportunity drunk. If you got it, I'll
drink it.

Thanks Rummy.

Still trying to get the idea out of my head that you don't drink rum.

I mentioned to a retired psychologist friend of mine that I was as busy
after retirement as I was before. His thought was that we were also
getting
less efficient. He is right, I am much less efficient when I look at what
I
accomplish even while I am busy but I have also discovered that the lower
need for efficiency is really the joy of retirement. You don't feel guilty
spending time of the Rhodes list.

By the way, if any of you have bypass surgery in your future and are
wondering about coping with boats etc. I would suggest that you hold off
on
major decisions until you see how things turn out. I had a quadruple
bypass
last Wednesday, got home yesterday and have to say that while I have lots
of aches and pains and look a bit like a Frankenstein project, I really
experienced very little real pain and for only brief periods. These guys
are amazing. I have lost my boating season I expect but I am also glad I
didn't sell the boat or do some other rash thing.

Isn't that the truth about retirement. Too much time and too many ways to
spend.....fixing up boats.
