[Rhodes22-list] Shroud and Stay adjustments

I am with you Rummy.  There is always some play in my stays, and the mast has stood like an old trusty tree.  Even when the freak storm turned the boat over and buried my masthead in the mud last year, the mast stayed fast to the deck.  The marina had to drag the boat out of the mud, and no movement on the mast.
