[Rhodes22-list] How many people can Rhodes carry?

We find that one other couple (two people) works well for us in steady 15 knots or so.  We have a couple who frequently travel with a friend.  When he is aboard I generally have one person stand in the cabin and move from side to side to stay on the windward side, with the other couple moving side to side as we tack.  I would not want to be out with more than that if I am going to sail.  I saw someone mentioned motoring about with that number - four visitors plus yourself and mate.  That sound like a good solution to get out on the water.

Subject: [Rhodes22-list] How many people can Rhodes carry?

Hi:
Normally I sail single handed or with my wife, but my daughter is coming to
visit with 4 other folk and they want to go for a sail. How is the boat in
modest winds ( 10 -12 mph) with 7 aboard? I estimate weight at ca. 1050 lbs.

Thanks for any advice.

Cheers,
Shawn
