[Rhodes22-list] Furling Jib Sail Options

The concept of a furling head sail is to furl to the size you need at the time. I had a 175. It was great but in very light air too heavy to work. I now have (I think) a 150 and a UPS. Best set up for me. I'm probably much like Lee in that I use too much sail too often. The 150 helps reduce that.

BTW. 20-30 winds are too much for me, but if in them I would suggest dropped boom and 1/2 main and a very tiny jib (storm jib); the Rhodes does better with something of a head sail as opposed to no head sail. (Just one man's opinion)
