Next time you and Melanie are down in Blacksburg, let us know.   SML is a bigger lake than Claytor, but much more crowded.  It is a beautiful area and it known as a nice retirement area.  Too bad it just all filled up :).  Enjoy the show and say hello to Stan for all of us! - rob

Sorry we missed you, next time we're visiting Melanie's daughter at Virginia Tech I'll send you an advance email.  In fact watching the Virginia Tech homecoming parade on  Saturday morning in downtown Blacksburg a retired professor told us the nearest lake was your lake, Claytor Lake, to the south. Thought about going there, but Melanie was all pumped up about seeing
SML after someone at work was talking it up.    Gotta say, it is beautiful
country and is worthy of putting on the list of possible retirement places. 
Well it's off to the Annapolis Sailboat Show, wish us luck in spite of looking at rain for the next 3 to 4 days.  See some of you there!
