[Rhodes22-list] need advice on reattaching the mast winch block

I disagree with Stephen on this one. I retro fitted the system to the current 
Version obtained from Stan a few years ago. The block should be installed 
permanently using 3M5200. You never should have to remove it and you want 
it securely adhered.
