[Rhodes22-list] Major Problem Minor Repair

Hey Graham...don't know if you ever resolved the rudder lines question... But
mine simply has a small horn cleat on top of the rudder use the cleat to
lock the rudder in the up position...like when in its slip...or cleat the
red line to hold it in the down position, but that doesn't release on its
own.... I'm sure there are updated solutions but this simple one works well
