[Rhodes22-list] Swing keel help

I used some 1/4 low stretch that I had already- It's not stay set, but  
I'm not sure what it is. it works and it was free.
I didn't have to replace blocks, but the two blocks mounted under the  
cap were attached with 3" long #12 bolts that stuck up through the cap  
and were covered with white silicone. I took a guess at how these  
should be attached and waterproof - hope it works.
two weeks to launch.
