Thanks for the info... sounds like you got it right and if you're 
reading this it must be working!

Couple more interesting points to make for others:

1) AT&T (and Bellsouth, etc.) uses Yahoo for their email delivery.  So 
AT&T accounts may be affected also.  That is uncertain at this point 
because it appears that, because of their size, AT&T operates in a 
different "pool" than the main Yahoo servers.

2) The nature of the DMARC block is such that it will mostly block the 
mail you (and others in affected domains) send to the list. Until the 
list software disabled your account, you would have continued to receive 
mail from other list members.  Therefore, everything would have appeared 
normal until mail stopped altogether just the other day.
