[Rhodes22-list] Boom car position and mainsail tension.

I've finally learned the correct rigging for the boom car, but notice the car
slides forward or aft when unfurling the main....how is the boom car kept in
place, from sliding from where it was originally set, and how can the main
be tensioned to flatten in higher winds?
