[Rhodes22-list] Forward lower stay extender for mast raising

Quite honestly I don't think the exact length is important. I use an
in-determined length of line to secure the f'stays to the mast raising boom
(gantry) and as long as the gantry is vertical when you start off, there's
no slack and the boat is level, the mast should come up (or down). I  use a
block and tackle instead of a winch (old vang) and this seems to work just
fine.
