Brad
Sounds like a lot.
I have an 84 that was in marginal condition, now pretty good condition, usable and in the water.
I’m looking for a trailer and perhaps a new stern pulpit - maybe some other parts.
If you decide to scrap it, let me know, but I will be hauling in a couple of weeks so - soon.
The deck, floor,(cabin sole I guess) and keel are major, but not impossible.
The bushings are delrin plastic available at McMaster Carr, but you will need to machine the proper shapes or improvise with proper round stock if available.
The pics didn’t come through - probably to big.
If you want to email me privately its ric at steelbone.com with pics of the trailer - that would help.

Now don't get me wrong, I knew this was not a show piece when I got it, but inspecting it today, shows I have some serious issues. I guess what I'm asking is can I fix em all.... Here's some of them (pics attached)

I told myself, that when I went to pick it up, I could always get my money out of it by using the hardware to improve my current boat, sell the trailer, and saw her up, but then again, I've always wanted a Rhodes 22..... I really am on the fence on this.... Can I fix her?? Should I scrap her????
