Well, I just finished drilling out a little bit of the deck and found a dark wood with a lot of moisture. Looking at how much work would be needed (Graham, I think I would have to cut a piece bigger than yours....I would even have to cut around the cabin a little), I might have to punt this one. 

In addition to that, the v-bunk liner is separated from the hull

So.... If anyone's looking for parts and a trailer... let me know
