I used the crank not just pulling...there is a line connected to the front cleat. It takes me about 30 minutes singlehanded if I have everything ready to go before I leave the house.

The system is really ingenious. I added a few minor upgrades to speed up the process a bit. I find it very easy to rig myself. In fact, I prefer it that way.  

I might take some more videos since I bought this GoPro camera. It's pretty sweet.
