[Rhodes22-list] Lowering motor on electric lift if battery dies?

Always trying to plan ahead for the worst case, I guess. If my batteries
would happen to die, I know I can pull start my outboard. But what happens
if the motor is up on the electric lift? Is there a way to lower the motor
without power?  Thanks.
