[Rhodes22-list] Lowering motor on electric lift if battery dies?

We've carried one of those all-purpose jumper packs when we are
cruising. We only have a single battery with our electric start
outboard so we figure that gives us some back-up. Ours also has
12-volt (cigarette lighter) charging outlets and we have used them to
recharge tablets and cellphones. The charging function is probably
being replaced by solar but still useful to have around.
