[Rhodes22-list] Switch that lowers/raises outboard

Actually, I think that the switch provides DC reversing functions to the
winch.  The switch is probably a DPDT (double pole, double throw),
configured as MomentaryON/CenterOFF/MomentaryON.  The type of switch is a
waterproof "rocker".  A quick search of the DigiKey website brought up the
following selection of 7 switches, all in stock (image attached as well):

You probably need a *SPDT Single Pole, Double Throw:* turns one of two
circuits on.
