[Rhodes22-list] Topping lift line

Hi:

I run the topping lift through the port cleat on the mast before leading it
to the turning point and back to the cockpit cleat.  Makes it a little
harder to loosen/tighten the topping lift but no rubbing on PT. Klugey but
workable.
