Congrats on the new boat! Some might say straps are not needed. The weight of the boat on the flexible trailer bunks tends to keep the boat well positioned. However, I sometimes use single bow strap that runs thru the bow cleat. It seems to give me some piece of mind that she'll stay put. I have trailered over 3,000 miles without an issue.
