I bet it is a great boat.  I wonder if it has been stored indoors?  I wonder if thats the original gelcoat or did they mop and glow it? The shag carpet on the ceiling says "bowng chicka wow wow!"
Still if it were closer to me i would snatch it up.  I dont think you could ever have too many Rhodes 22's
