[Rhodes22-list] Deck connector

The plug should come apart, usually by unscrewing.  Internally the
connections are either crimp or solder.  If it is solder, that is easiest.
If crimp, you'll probable need a new plug.

FYI, replacing both sides of the plug is not difficult.  See here for
parts.
