She looks "sweet!"  We've all, well mostly all, have been where you are.  If you can possibly do it, find a reasonable place to store her safely because you will have a heck of a time replacing her later.  The kids will grow faster than you ever expected and you will be left with "Rhodes Withoutitis."

The boat is also listed on Texas Sailing as well as Craig's List (South
Jersey).  Hopefully she finds a new home where she'll spend more time under
