Well - yes
Dive under the boat.
Be sure to have a second set of hands nearby.
Leave about 6 inches of slack in your CB line - so it doesn’t swing all the way down and hit the diver. 
Bring something to pry the back of the CB out of the trunk, like a big screw driver, or something like it.
Go after it from the aft end of the CB
Stay out of the way, in case it lets go.
Then let it all the way down and scrape any barnacles or mussels off both the CB and the inside of the trunk.
