[Rhodes22-list] Enlarging the head

Has anyone ever enlarged the head (toilet) area as a personal project as opposed to having the factory do it?  Looks like it involves removing one wall next to the sink (transforming it into a two part door), adding a small divider on the side, and moving a support for the mast.  Also, has anyone cut and added the two top hatches?  I would appreciate any suggestions.
