[Rhodes22-list] Lowering motor on electric lift if battery dies?

I have used the pulley device that came with the boat to manually raise and lower the motor when I had an electrical problem. It was pretty easy to figure out while I was doing it, and I've already forgot the details. There was a way to detach from the lift straps that were part of the electric lift.
