You need to find a good bolt and screw place.  We have an awesome one in our town and they will order anything they dont have. Prices are 1/4 to 1/2 of box store prices even on special order.   They even order marine hardware, turnbuckles, ss cables and fittings.  For that they are half the price of west marine.  
I wonder why Stan doesnt have a website where we can order parts and kits.  I am sure there is a market for it.
