[Rhodes22-list] masthead light

Lighting is about safety. No-one wants to be hit. I have often thought that a masthead all around light could easily be mistaken for a bright star by a high speed powerboat. I like the Guys that put solar deck lights out on the rails at anchor. Its all around white and is VERY visible.
