[Rhodes22-list] Rudders

The metal bar holding the rudder lid line in place came undone.  One of the
screws sheared  of inside the thin plastic area.  I don't know how to drill
the old screw out and worry I would damage the plastic.  I can get one screw
back in.  Would a U shape bracket from nut to nut work?  Any ideas are
appreciated.  I will include photos that are usually at the end of the
message.
