[Rhodes22-list] Boom Vang Mast Attachment

Two separate straps, each with it's own D ring which the snap shackle holds together so that it works just like a bail.  Remove the snap shackle and the two straps just fall to each side allowing the pop top to be raised.  The only time you have to remove the bolt is when you first attach the two straps.
