[Rhodes22-list] Annapolis Sailboat Show - Oct 5- 9

I plan to be at the show and would very much like to meet up with all of the Rhodies who attend. Let's pick a restaurant and a day (weekend is best for me) to get together after the show. Stan can join us if he wishes to do so.

I will defer to Stan's wishes and drop the subject.

I do want to clarify that I just wanted to have a party to meet other
Rhodies. I've met Stan. I don't need to hang out with him. :-)

My mention of the this being the last year of General Boats at the show was simply because I thought in future years Rhodies might be less likely to attend if General Boats wasn't at the show.

In past years I have hung around the General Boats display and met a few Rhodies, but only a handful. The boat show is huge and its hard to connect with people when there are so many things drawing our attention. I thought it would be nice to have a specified time and location where we could get together - even if it is just a bar in downtown Annapolis.

However, I don't want to make Stan uncomfortable or burden him in anyway.
So, I'll let this go.

sincerely,

Marlan
