[Rhodes22-list] Center board jammed

Mine used to get stuck all the time, especially if it was raised as high as
it would go. Sometimes a light stomping on the centerboard trunk would get
it down. Failing that I'd let the line down about 4 inches and motor or
beat into 1-2 foot waves, usually that would pop it loose and I could lower
it normally the rest of the way.
