[Rhodes22-list] Reintroduction

Due to my wife's physical limitations now, she finds it difficult to get
around on the large boat. Also, we are moving from Minnesota to Tennessee or
perhaps Ohio. If we moved to Ohio I could sail our 32 footer to Lake Erie,
but the long drive just to sail is a bit much.

Also, the dockage and storage fees plus maintenance for a larger boat is a
bit pricy. We put quite a bit of money into her which will be harder to come
by in retirement. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed many a night sleeping on her
and taking her out onto Lake Superior. I just don't think we can keep it up,
especially with my wife's physical limitations, now. The Rhodes is so much
easier to handle from the cockpit.
