Stan and all,
My daughter could raise and lower the mast by herself. Great rig.
I can also, but then I am considerably bigger. I should say, could since I haven't done it in years. In fact so long ago I have forgotten how. Will be looking for instructions in the future.
Stan, you may recall,
My daughter bought a remanufactured boat from you and Elton at Edenton in the early ninety's and my wife bought a used one, "Just You and Me", at the same time. My wife wanted a boat she could sail herself, didn't feel comfortable with our large boat.
You told her if she could knock it down you would give it to her, I thought we had a free boat when she sailed out of the protection of Pungo Creek onto the Pungo River on a very very strong windy day. We put the rail in the water, the boat was over so far we were standing upright on the lee side of the cockpit, but no water in the cockpit and the sail did not touch the water. No free boat.
Great memories.
Tex and Gloria Hill

In God We Trust......Have a Blessed Day!
