[Rhodes22-list] Tiller mayhem

Ugly fix,
Go to the homecenter and get a hardwood wheelbarrow handle.  You may need
to shave just a bit off but it shoud work fine.  I carry one as an
emergency tiller on Enosis.  Actually had to use it a couple of years ago.
