[Rhodes22-list] weather helm vs lee helm

Hi Jim,
          I've been sailing a Rhodes for the last, let's see, 42 years.  I
can't recall a single time I had a lee helm except when I was way over
canvased with just the jib up, I think a 130 at the time.   That was simply
my fault for not paying attention to the thunderstorm and not sailing with
a reasonably balanced canvas.  I am writing to you from Barcelona where my
Rhodes is at the moment.  Getting ready to splash it on Friday.  (no I
didn't sail it here ) but it is totally capable of taking me and my wife
anywhere in the Med.  Get the boat!  I never regretted the choice it has
been a magic carpet for my family.
