[Rhodes22-list] weather helm vs lee helm

Raking the mast back should increase weather helm, but if you have IMF that
may not be possible.  What if you get a big gust and start to get knocked
over?  Does it still stay with lee helm?  It should transition to more of a
weather helm as it heels.
