[Rhodes22-list] Running wire from mast to electrical panel

I recently had to replace the wire leading to the Galley light so I
attached the new wire to the tail-end of the old wire (near the switch
panel) then hoped for the best and pulled it all through. Worked fine, but
I haven't tried pulling it up to the mast exit.
