[Rhodes22-list] Locking the Pop-Top?

Mine came from the shop with a cleat on the vertical part of the step, so a
line could be hooked to the poptop frame and latched down.  It seemed to
work OK, but I'm lazy and try to maximize sailing time instead of dock time.  
I drilled a hole in the support frame on one side, so the spring pin can
lock in both the down and up position on that side.   I doubt I weakened the
tubing  much.   I'm sure the line is stronger.
